Homepage preview terms

What you pay for

You pay $35 through Stripe to reserve your project and start the homepage design. Your questionnaire and booking link are available right after payment. Tell us about your business and book a homepage review. We use your answers to design a homepage preview and bring it to that meeting.

This payment does not start monthly fees. You do not have to buy the full site.

Your first review

Choose a review time within two business days after you complete the questionnaire. If the calendar has no suitable time, email us and we’ll help arrange one. We need your completed answers before we can prepare your design.

This meeting covers the design direction: the look, feel, layout, and what you like or want changed. If the first design misses the mark, you can ask for one more homepage design pass.

Your $35 refund

If you decide not to continue before you approve the homepage direction and ask us to build the full site, we’ll refund your $35 payment. No questions asked. You can make that choice after the first design or the extra design pass.

Ask during your review or email sales@motiventmarketing.com. We return the payment to your original payment method. Your bank controls when the refund appears in your account.

The preview refund ends when you approve the design and ask us to build the full site. We agree the full website terms with you first. The $35 you already paid is applied toward your first month.

If you go ahead

We agree the full scope and service terms with you before the full build. Those terms will cover the monthly plan, cancellation, any minimum term, and what happens to the site and its files if the service ends.

The plan is $199 per month for up to 10 agreed pages, hosting, and up to two hours of website changes each month. Strategy meetings and marketing services are not part of those two hours. We quote extra pages and work outside the plan before starting it.

The monthly plan starts when the website goes live. We apply your $35 payment to the first month, leaving $164 to pay at launch. There are no monthly subscription payments during the build. You agree to monthly payments in a separate step.

After 24 months on the plan, a redesign of the agreed website is included at no extra design fee. Added pages or features are quoted separately.

Building and launching your site

After the homepage direction is approved, we build the full site. At the second meeting we review every page, including the words and images. We also send you a visual feedback link so you can click on the site and leave notes. We make the agreed changes before launch.

Our sites take about two weeks on average, and most go live within four weeks. The timing depends on the scope, your feedback, and access to your domain. These are estimates, not a fixed delivery date. If feedback is delayed, we agree a revised schedule with you. Monthly billing still starts at launch.

Your domain stays in your name. We can help you choose, buy, and connect it. Domain registration fees are separate. Please only share content and images you have permission to use, and do not send passwords through the questionnaire.

Search and privacy

The website includes search foundations such as clear page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and relevant structured data. Search rankings, leads, and mentions in AI answers are not guaranteed.

We use your questionnaire to prepare and deliver your website. Stripe processes the payment; our site does not collect your card details. Read our privacy policy for more about how we handle your information.
