You can stop and get your $35 back. No questions asked. Or choose one more homepage design pass. We agree on the direction before building the rest of the site.
How soon will I see the preview?+
Your booking link opens right after payment. Complete your questionnaire so we can prepare your design, then review it with us within two business days. We join that meeting with a homepage preview based on your details. Clear notes and links help us get the direction right.
How long does the full website take?+
Our sites average about two weeks, and most go live within four. Timing depends on how soon you send content and feedback. We confirm your schedule and get your approval before launch.
When does the $199 monthly plan start?+
When your approved site goes live. The $35 you already paid counts toward month one, leaving $164 due at launch. Then it's $199/month. Buying a preview does not start a subscription.
How do I leave feedback?+
The first meeting covers the design direction. In the second, we review every page, including its copy and images. You also get a private feedback link. Click on the part of the site you want to change and leave a note. We work through the agreed changes before launch.
What do the two hours each month cover?+
Changes to your website, such as text, images, or page details. Send your requests and our team takes care of them, up to two hours a month. Strategy meetings, ads, and other marketing services are separate. We quote work beyond the allowance before we start.
What happens after 24 months?+
After 24 months on the plan, we redesign your website at no extra design cost. The redesign covers your agreed site scope. Extra pages or features need a separate quote.
Can I have more than 10 pages?+
Yes. Pages that use an existing layout and pages that need a new design are priced separately. We quote the extra work before you commit. City and service pages still need useful content specific to the place or service.
What about my domain name?+
Keep your domain in your name. At launch, we help connect it to the new site. If you need a domain, we can help you choose, buy, and set one up. Domain registration and renewal fees are separate.
Will my site show up in Google or AI answers?+
We include the search setup: page titles and descriptions, relevant structured data, a sitemap, and crawl settings. We write clear pages that answer your customers' questions. Search rankings, AI citations, ads, and ongoing SEO are not guaranteed or included as monthly marketing services.
What if I need to pause or cancel?+
If we're waiting on your content or feedback, we pause the build and agree on a new schedule when you're ready. Monthly fees still begin at launch. You can stop at the homepage-preview stage and get your $35 back before approving the full build. The ongoing plan's cancellation and ownership terms are agreed separately before you commit to it.
